The following are by no means my only clients, but were chosen to showcase the various industries I have been involved with, as well as the variety of work I have done.

Johnson Consulting Group

Johnson Consulting Group have been a client of mine for more than 10 years. One of the industries leading consulting firms in the funeral and cemetery profession, JCG has always pushed to be at the forefront of their online community. Together we have leveraged every avenue to connect their business model with a national customer base: website, social media, SEO, direct mail, and trade shows.

Wayne State Athletics

Wayne State University Athletics was one of my favorite clients. We enjoyed working together to design promotional material (mostly posters) for their up-and-coming football program, revitalized men’s and women’s hockey programs, as well as men’s and women’s basketball. We had a well thought out brand and the rich history of the school to mix with our creativity. The teams’ popularity and success grew from there!

Client Showcase

DFCU Financial Kids Club

I have been designing and illustrating the DFCU Financial Kids Club brochure since around 2003. There was even a website I designed for a short time. I did not create the initial owl characters for Nest Notes, but I grew their development for nearly 10 years before recently rebooting the brochure with new, original characters Penny, Bill, and Buck for the Puppy Post. Each quarter I’m given some dialog, an activity, a give-away and some other themes for the issue to bring together. It is a fun and engaging way for kids 0-12 years old to learn about managing money with the goal of making them good money managers as adults.

Client Showcase

Commerce Chargers

For ten years I have built a graphic identity for the Commerce Chargers Youth Football and Cheer organization. Everything from game day programs to t-shirts to a website. The program exists in a competitive area for youth football and a slick and fun visual presence has helped differentiate them from the competition. Lots of touchdowns and multiple championships help, too!

Walled Lake Central Football

When my oldest son was about to enter high school and the WLC football team, I was asked by the boosters club to take over responsibilities of getting the game program assembled and produced. It was a massive project that included not only graphic design and illustration, but also photography, writing, interviewing coaches, scheduling, and all with a blazing hot deadline. It was a blast. I also established a non-existent brand, created all sorts of forms, social media graphics, support of the website, and t-shirt designs. My role grew as the years went by and continues to this day as I am now the event coordinator the annual Salute the Troops game.
