Logos/Identity

You can't be a graphic designer for more than 20 years and not have designed a logo or two! Here is a sampling of my favorites.

Posters

These poster illustrations for various clients were primarily illustrations that had multiple uses in the end.

Packaging

Designing and illustrating for packaging – especially food – has its own unique challenges. You want your client’s product to differentiate itself from its competition (which might be on the same shelf in the store). All of the products have to work together, yet also communicate their differences – and, of course, be properly prepared for print. In the case of food products, it all has to include nutrition information and look appetizing, too!

Illustration

There are lots of different reasons for using an illustration – as opposed to a photograph. Perhaps it is a need for something uniquely eye-grabbing or abstract. It might be to communicate an idea that just doesn’t work as a photo. It may be an infographic that brings many thoughts into one visual. Whatever the case may be, when you decide a photo just won’t do, I love illustration!
